Payment Issues

In the event that money is deducted from your account but the payment is not settled (i.e., not received by Vidboost), this will be considered an issue with the payment provider. Vidboost is not responsible for such issues, and you must contact your payment provider directly to resolve the matter.

Refunds and Charge backs

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Eligibility for Refunds and Non-Refundable Circumstances policies.
• Charge backs: Initiating a charge back without contacting Vidboost to resolve any issues may result in the suspension of your account and services.

Subscription and Billing Terms

Vidboost operates on a pay-per-campaign model for social media marketing services:

• Campaign-Based Payments: Services are charged on a per-campaign basis with upfront payment required before campaign initiation.
• No Recurring Subscriptions: Unless explicitly stated, our services do not involve recurring subscriptions or automatic billing.
• Premium Services: Any premium or recurring services will clearly display billing frequency, amount, and renewal terms at the time of purchase.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice via email or platform announcement.
• Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST and taxes as per Indian regulations.
