Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vidboost ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Vidboost Pvt Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vidboost Pvt Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.
Description of Service
Vidboost is a social media marketing platform that provides various digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Social media campaign management and execution
- Content promotion and audience engagement services
- Analytics and performance tracking tools
- Social media growth and optimization services
- Related marketing automation and management tools
All services are provided on a campaign basis with specific delivery timelines and performance metrics as outlined in individual service descriptions.
User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:
- Using the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Violating any intellectual property rights of others
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting your identity

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or use our Service inappropriately. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
- Any ongoing campaigns may be stopped without refund
- We may retain your data as required by law or our data retention policies
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments or fees
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
Security and Data Privacy
We implement measures to protect your information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. By using our Platform, you consent to these practices.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. However, by using our Platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
Copyrights and Trademarks
All materials contained on the Platform are the property of Vidboost. No person is authorized to use, copy, or distribute any portion of the Platform, including related graphics, without prior written permission from Vidboost. Vidboost and other trademarks or service marks found on the Platform are trademarks/service marks that identify Vidboost and its services. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without prior written authorization from Vidboost.
Public Profile
Your profile must be public when the order is initiated and should remain “Public” while the order is completely delivered. Any downtime of service related to changing your profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement.
Transfer Or Cancellation Of Services
Once your order is successfully delivered, we will not accept any request to remove, cancel or transfer services to any of your other accounts. All purchases are final and only applicable to the account specified at the time of order.
Service Availability and Force Majeure
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Platform. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or server outages
- Third-party service provider interruptions
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control
We will not be liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions of service resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS": Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidboost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Service.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS: We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or changes made by third-party social media platforms that may affect campaign performance or results.
Dispute Resolution
Initial Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact our support team at support@vidboost.net to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts of this jurisdiction.
Changes and Updates to Policy
Vidboost may revise these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated date of revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
